Gachas in Second Life are a game of chance where you pay per play to receive one of a specific collection of items within the gacha machine you are playing.

What you get is entirely up to chance based on the settings of the gacha vendor.

We can NOT refund or exchange any gacha items.

We can NOT sell you the items in a gacha with different permissions or separately on their own.

We can NOT rederliver a gacha item you won, except in the case of non-delivery, which you will need to prove with a screenshot of what you won with your avatar. We recommend gyazo.

Whether you played 1 or 100 times, all players are treated equally and we will not be grant special treatment or extra copies. Please be respectful to us and others.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hibreed Games and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are allowed to take and publish screenshots and videos of your usage of the Services, as long as you do not make a commercial use of them (with the exception of monetizing your own videos on video distribution platforms such as Youtube, which is allowed).

Accounts

Certain features or services offered on or through the Service may require you to open an account (including setting up a username and password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You are also responsible for giving true information.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by us or any other user of or visitor to the Service due to someone else using your username, password or account, or due to you have given false information.

You may not use anyone else’s username, password, or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that username, password or account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

You further acknowledge and agree that Hibreed Games shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Restrictions And Obligations

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, or any other systems or networks connected to the Service or to any of our servers, or to any of the services offered on or through the Websites, by hacking, password “mining,” or any other illegitimate or unlawful means.

You may not, by any means, try to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or data not purposely made available through the Service.

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure behind the Service, or in any way tamper with them (including but not limited to – using traces, bots, scans or any other method that could interfere with the proper working of the Service).

Communications

We are not responsible for the content published by users on our Service (such as comments sections, forums or any other communication channels made available by us).

You may not publish illegal, dishonest or offensive material, as well as any material for which you do not own the rights.

Any content you publish on our Service can be used, modified or copied by us as part of our business.

Service Providers

Service providers who assist Hibreed Games with storage, analysis, or other services, may have access to data Hibreed Games uses in our online products. All service providers are subject to confidentiality restrictions and are not authorized to utilize the information in any way other than what is required to provide their services to Hibreed Games.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Returns and Refunds

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving our products.

Game And Service

Your account is personal to you only.

Unless with the express permission of Hibreed Games, you are not allowed to distribute, copy, give, transfer or make commercial use of our Game or Service (or part of them). This is important to help us stop piracy and fraud.

You can take screenshots or videos of our Game and Service and use them freely as long as you make no commercial use of them. Monetizing via partner programs on a video distribution channel (such as Youtube, Twitch.tv or others) is allowed. Streaming your usage of the Game and Service is also allowed (as well as the placement of ads in the stream).

Ownership Of The Game And Service

Although we give you permission to play our Game and use our Service, we are still the owners of them. We are also the owners of our brands and any content contained in the Game. Therefore, when you pay for our Game, you are buying a permission to play/use our Game and Service in accordance with these terms – you are not buying the Game or Service itself. The only permissions you have in connection with the Game are the permissions set out in these terms.

Ongoing Support

Ongoing support or availability of the Service is not guaranteed. Although it is our goal to provide the Service, as well as any updates for the Service, for as long as possible, we can decide at any time to end their availability.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
